Book a Free ConsultationSome coordinators find their way into weddings through hospitality or event planning. I found mine through my own wedding, a celebration that wove together two families, two cultures, two completely different ideas of what a wedding should look like.
I'm Vietnamese-born, and my husband comes from a beautiful Mexican family. When we got married, we didn't just plan a wedding; we navigated traditions, managed big personalities on both sides, figured out how to honor both of our heritages without one swallowing the other, and somehow made it all feel seamless. It was the most meaningful project I've ever managed.
"You deserve a coordinator who doesn't need a Google search to understand what your wedding means. I'm her."
Two shores is the place where two different worlds meet. Where water from one side finds the other and something beautiful happens right at the intersection.
I was born in Vietnam and grew up in America. I married into a Mexican family. On our wedding day, two shores came together — two languages, two sets of traditions, two families who had never been in the same room before.
That meeting place, where different things come together and create something entirely new, is where I live. And it is where I want to help you celebrate too.
By day, I work in project management (PMP® certified!) — which means I think in timelines, contingency plans, and vendor communication. I know how to keep complex moving parts on track, how to handle the unexpected without anyone knowing something went sideways, and how to keep every party feeling seen and heard.
I serve all couples across Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, and surrounding NC areas. Whatever your wedding looks like — I'm here to make it flawless.
Every package includes meticulous planning, a custom timeline, and a coordinator who treats your wedding with the same care and precision she brought to her own.

Day-of coordination is for the couple who has planned their own wedding and just needs someone to execute it flawlessly. In the final weeks before your wedding, I'll review everything you've put together, confirm your vendors, and build out your timeline — so on the day itself, you can be fully present while I handle every cue, every question, and every behind-the-scenes moment. You did the planning; I make sure it all runs perfectly.
Month-of coordination is for the couple who has done most of the planning but wants an expert to take the reins at the end. About 6 weeks before your wedding, I step in to confirm your vendors, build your detailed timeline, and execute every detail on the day. You planned the vision; I make sure it actually happens.
Partial planning is for the couple who wants to be involved in their wedding decisions but doesn't want to navigate the process alone. Starting 10–12 months out, we work together on vendor recommendations, budget tracking, and design direction — with planning calls throughout — all the way through full coordination on your wedding day. You make the decisions; I make sure everything comes together beautifully.
All of them! I work with couples of every background, style, and tradition. I have personal experience with multicultural and blended celebrations, but I bring the same passion and precision to every wedding — intimate or grand, modern or traditional, one culture or many.
For month-of coordination, I recommend booking at least 10–12 months before your wedding date to ensure availability — especially for peak season dates (April–June and September–November). For partial planning, the earlier the better, ideally as soon as you've signed your venue contract.
Yes! I'm based in Raleigh and primarily serve the Triangle, Greensboro, and surrounding NC areas. Travel fees apply for locations over 60 miles from Raleigh. Contact me to discuss your location.
This is a dedicated session where we walk through every cultural element of your wedding: tea ceremonies, lazo, arras, unity traditions, traditional attire changes, multilingual programs, and more. I help sequence these moments into your timeline naturally and brief your vendors on what to expect.
I require a signed contract and 50% retainer to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. I accept credit card, bank transfer, and Zelle. Payment plans may be available; ask during your consultation.
